1. How to choose the filter according to the amount of flow?

In order to decide on the right filter for the amount of flow, one should refer to the flow table and select a filter that is slightly larger than the downstream equipment’s air consumption. This ensures that there will be an adequate supply of air while avoiding unnecessary waste from having too high a rate.

2. What filter accuracy should be selected for the filter element?

The pore diameter of the filter element of the filter determines the filtration accuracy of the filter. Because the downstream equipment has different requirements for the quality of the gas source. For example, metallurgy, steel and other industries do not have high requirements for gas quality, so you can choose a filter with a larger filter pore size. However, industries such as medicine and electronics have high requirements for gas quality. We can choose precision filters with very small filter pores.

 

3. How to choose drainage method?

Our air source processor’s drainage system is composed of automatic draining, differential pressure draining and manual draining. Automatic draining can be further divided into two kinds: non-pressure opening and non-pressure closing. Differential pressure drainage mainly depends on the loss of pressure for activation.

When it comes to usage occasions, fully automated draining is more suitable for places which are not easily accessible by people like in high or narrow areas; where gas cannot be cut off downstream pipelines. On the other hand, differential pressure drainage is best suited for controlable locations close to an operating desk with a suspended gas output at the end of a pipeline.

 

4. Three different drainage methods

Manual draining: Twist the plastic head of the cup with water to the “0″ position in order to drain it.

Once finished, twist it back to the “S” direction.Differential pressure drainage: Automatically drains when there is no air intake and manually press up on the drainage port when there is air intake for manual draining.

Automatic drainage:When there is an increase in the water level in the cup, a piston will automatically lift to initiate draining. Differential pressure drainage
